Training and client allocation
A member of our hiring team contacts you about training for the industry or client you will be allocated to. This is usually a paid two week training, and on success an offer is sent.
Open roles
We hire ahead of client demand.
Roles open in cohorts, usually monthly. Join the talent pool and you are screened once, then matched to a client.
