Partner vetting
We assess the partners and vendors we work with before they are trusted with your request, and we only involve people we are willing to stand behind.
How requests are managed
Every request has one point of contact at Airsense. We confirm the details with you, coordinate the work, and keep a clear record of what was agreed.
Your information
We collect only what we need to handle your request, and we do not share it beyond the people involved in delivering it. See our Privacy Policy for the full detail.
Payment handling
We agree how payment works before anything is booked. Supplier costs are confirmed in advance, and we do not commit your money without your approval.
Expense tracking and receipts
Money spent on your behalf is documented, and you receive receipts for what is booked or purchased, with an itemised summary where applicable.
Completion proof
Where a request can be evidenced, we provide confirmation that it is done, and photos where appropriate, for example a vehicle or a property.
Escalation
If something goes wrong, you have a direct line to us. We coordinate the fix rather than leaving you to chase a vendor.
Communication
You are kept informed at the points that matter, so you are never left wondering where a request stands.
Property access
Where a request involves access to your property, we handle it carefully and only on your instruction, and we keep you updated on what was done.
